What voltage do your machines use?

All SAMMLITE machines use 380V AC 3Phase. We also do offer 220V/415V/440V AC 3P solutions.

Unfortunately we do not provide such service by ourselves. However if customers do have engineers able to replace generator, we can support his job.

Yes, there is a weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance recommendation. These recommendations are located in the machine tool’s manual which is supplied with the machine.

All SAMMLITE machines promise a one year warranty, any damage caused by improper operation will not be included in the term of warranty.

Should I use a voltage regular?

It is highly recommended to use a regular for our machines, for achieve a stabilized the sparking condition and prevent damaged to the electrical compoments.

Due to the expansion and contraction of metals we recommend EDM’s be placed in climate controlled rooms to insure proper accuracy.

We do have agents in different countries, they are able to offer installation and training. If no agents available in your country, we offer two training solution a) online traning b) paid on site training.
