Technical Specification
The finite element analysis is carried out on the body part of the HT250 casting that has been repeatedly tempered, and the structure is compact and the stability is high. The X/Y axis adopts imported linear guide and ball screw to drive directly connected with AC servo motor to ensure the high precision of the machine tool for long-term use. The U/V axis adopts imported linear guide, and the “Z” axis jogs to control the height of the eye mask to reduce the jitter of the molybdenum wire. Linear guide rail structure is used to transport the wire barrel, two-way automatic wire tightening, real-time control of the tightness of the molybdenum wire.
